Cloud 9 Novelties Consumer Warranty for Products

Thank you for your purchase of a Cloud 9 Novelties product. Your purchase includes a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against any mechanical failure. If your product fails to work due to any defect in workmanship or materials, one of our warranty department representatives will be happy to assist you and resolve the issue. Please use the submission link to place your warranty claim.

 

30 Day Limited Warranty – All Cloud 9 Novelty Products*

Warranty Policy – The manufacturer will repair or replace this product if there is a mechanical defect not due to misuse or unauthorized repair. No warranty applies to products purchased outside the United States. The manufacturer does not warrant this product will achieve a particular result or that it is fit for a particular purpose and is not liable for any damages related to the use of the product. Never immerse battery or electrically operated items in water. * All Pro Sensual Series, Sex machines, and Air Touch Series products include a one-year consumer warranty.

Please choose ones of the forms below, and include a copy of your original receipt and a photo of your defective product for our documentation. (We do not accept unauthorized returns. If a return is necessary, customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs.)
